Refund Policy

For any reason, if you are not entirely happy with your donation or if have entered a wrong amount or for the wrong purpose, you are permitted to interchange the purpose or else if you want refund of your donation amount either partly or fully, we will issue a refund, less a nominal transaction cost payable to the payment gateway service provider. To request a refund, simply contact us with your transaction details within 7 [seven] days of your donation. Please send an email to giving complete details of the transaction (your name, mobile number, transaction number, account number and IFSC or UPI from which you did the transaction) and we will process the refund. Optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund. We take donor’s feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Kindly allow us 21 days to process your refund request.

We are unable to process any refunds for any donations made in kind like rice, vegetable, groceries, clothes, furniture etc. as these cannot be identified easily.
